The first appointment will be 60 minutes, 15 minutes for a medical consultation and 45 minutes treatment.
Follow appointments will be 60 minutes which includes feedback and making a treatment plan.
How will I feel after a reflexology session?
Reflexology promotes the body's self healing mechanism and generally people feel deeply relaxed, energized and have a sense of well being. Sometimes the person may have a 'healing crisis' where the symptoms get worse before getting better as the body has gone through a cleansing process and toxins and emotional responses cause a reaction. This should pass in about 24 hours and then you should feel the benefits of the treatment.
Is reflexology suitable for everyone?
Anyone can have reflexology but there are some restrictions, the first three months of pregnancy, some foot conditions, diabetics in some cases, major surgery or injury to the treatable area but everything will be discussed with the client before treatment.
I have ticklish feet will this be problem?
Firm pressure is applied to the reflexes in the feet and it is not ticklish.
